In a large pot pour in your cooking oil, put in stove and allow your oil to be hot before putting in your meat.Put in your beef and braise (brown) for 5minutes and after put in your spice and paprika! Close the lid and allow it to release the juice! Cook until the water has all simmered and braise (brown) again, put in your onion and pour the water that will cover the meat, close the lid and allow it to cook on medium heat until ready
Note :pour more water if needed

Creamy Samp
Ingredients
2cups of samp soaked over night
1 sachet of @bennychickenstock
Water
2tablespoon of butter
2 tablespoons of cream of mushrooms soup
3tablespoon of Cremora (or more if needed)
a Boil your samp on medium heat until ready when ready put in your benny, soup, Cremora and butter and allow it to simmer on low heat for 7min and walla
