3 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon of tumeric
1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1 tablespoon of BBQ spice
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 diced onion
2 beef stock
1 and half cups of water
Heat the oil in a pan then add the diced onion.
Add the tumeric, pepper and BBQ spice.
Add the chicken feet, necks, hearts, Mala, beef stock and mix everything together.
Pour water, soy sauce and place the lid, bring it to boil and simmer it for 35 minutes.
