1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon tumeric
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
2 spoons of tomato paste
2 cubes of knorrox
Fry your onions. Add your garlic,peppers and spices. Cook for atleast 3 minutes.
Then add your beef, allow it to brown on all sides.
Add 2 spoons of tomato paste,2 knorrox cubes,1 cup of water and allow it to cook until your beef is soft (30-40 min).
Add potatoes and carrots, cook until potatoes have cooked. Add water only when needed.
Remove cinnamon sticks and bay leaves.
You could leave it here but I wanted to try the Knorr soup.
I mixed the soup with water then added it to the curry. Definitely loved it. Just put less.
