Recipe 1: Nut and Seed Biscuits

Ingredients:

Dried apricots

Almonds

Oats

Pumpkin seeds

Sunflower seeds

Sesame seeds

Flaxseeds

Cashews

Pistachios

Walnuts

Honey

Egg white

Salt

Instructions:

Soak and chop apricots.

Mix nuts, seeds, apricots, honey, egg white, and salt.

Shape into biscuits and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 15-20 minutes.

Recipe 2: Peanut and Sesame Biscuits

Ingredients:

Peanuts

White and black sesame seeds

Pumpkin seeds

Jerusalem artichoke syrup or alternative sweetener

Ripe banana

Instructions:

Blend peanuts.

Combine with seeds, syrup, and mashed banana.

Shape into biscuits and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 15-20 minutes.
