Sheet Pan Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes

This is my hubby’s all time fave dish! Whenever he’s upset, I make him this!

Sheet Pan Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes

Ingredients:

* 1 ½ pounds of sirloin steak, sliced into cubes

* 1 ½ pounds of baby potatoes, halved or quartered depending on size

* 4 tablespoons of butter, melted

* 4 cloves of garlic, minced

* 1 teaspoon of dried thyme

* 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary

* Salt and pepper to taste

* Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
