Cheesy Chicken, Bacon, and Broccoli Ranch Pasta
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
12 oz pasta (your choice, such as penne or rotini)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook Pasta: Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare Sauce: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add Cream and Cheese: Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the ranch seasoning mix. Bring to a simmer. Add the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, and steamed broccoli to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook until everything is heated through.
Mix with Pasta: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the cheesy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve: Transfer the pasta to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
