Air Fryer Shake and Bake Pork Chops

Air Fryer Shake and Bake Pork Chops

Air Fryer Shake and Bake Pork Chops are a classic weeknight dinner recipe that’s even quicker and tastier than oven baked pork chops!

Ingredients

4 bone-in pork chops about 1 inch thick

1-2 tablespoons olive oil

1 box Shake ‘N Bake Original Pork

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.

Brush the pork chops with oil. If you prefer to use less oil, you can moisten the pork with water rather than oil.

Dump the packet of breading in a large ziptop plastic bag or in a shallow dish.

Add the pork chops to the breading, one piece at a time, turning to fully coat it in the breading.

Remove the basket from the air fryer and spritz with non-stick spray. Add the pork chops in a single layer leaving space between each piece for air to flow. Depending on the size of your air fryer you may need to work in batches. For extra crisp breading, spritz with oil spray.

Air fry for 6 minutes, flip, and spritz again with oil. Cook for 5 more minutes or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145 degrees using a meat thermometer. Timing will vary a bit depending on the thickness of the pork chops and the air fryer model used.

Serve hot.

Notes

This recipe works great with boneless pork chops as well. Adjust cook time as needed, based on the thickness of the pork.

This recipe should work well with any variety of Shake ‘N Bake breading varieties.
