Meatballs with Mushrooms

A delicious and hearty mushroom meatball dish made with ground meatballs tossed with fresh, cooked mushrooms. They are often served with rice or pasta for a complete and nutritious meal
Ingredients

500 g minced meat
2 minced garlic cloves
1 small chopped green onion
1 case chopped parsley
2 tbsp fresh cream
2 cases breadcrumbs
2 cases grated cheese

Black pepper
Cumin
1/2 crumbled chicken cube
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 cac sauce worcestershire
1 egg white
2 cases of water

Preparation

Mix well and shape sticks, set aside.
In a frying pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil with 2 tbsp of butter then fry the meatballs for a few minutes.
Brown them then add the mushrooms.
Mix well then add 1 glass containing a mixture of water, 1 case cornstarch, 1 case liquid fresh cream, pepper, a pinch of salt.
Pour over the meat, sprinkle with parsley, cook for a few minutes to thicken the sauce and serve.
