White Truffles: A quick recipe for a tasty treat

INGREDIENTS

125g butter
250g white chocolate
1 tablespoon. milk
150g Nata fresh fluid
2cl Malibu

INSTRUCTIONS

Break the white chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie with a tablespoon of milk. As soon as it melts, remove it from the heat and then add the softened butter, the Malibu. Mix well.
Whip the cream and add it to the chocolate, continuing to beat for 1 min. Then place this preparation in the refrigerator to firm up.

Scoop out small balls of the dough with a spoon. Roll them in your palms to give them a nice round shape and store them in the refrigerator.
