A simple recipe: milk and fruit. Delicious and healthy dessert without gelatin and prepared in 5 minutes

Asia Minor is considered the birthplace of jam. From there it reached European countries for the first time after the Crusades, where it was most widespread. Centuries later, it is considered a traditional dessert in British cuisine.

Today there are a huge number of recipes in which not only jam, but also desserts based on it are prepared. We’ll tell you one of these desserts.

Ingredients for the agar-agar dessert:

Tangerines – 4 pieces;

Kiwi – 2 pieces;

Khaki – 2 pieces;

Grapefruit – 1 piece;

apples – 2 pieces;

Banana – 1 piece;

Agar agar – 8g;

Water – 50ml;

milk – 350 ml;

condensed milk – 200 g;

Sour cream/yoghurt – 200 g.

Preparation of the agar-agar dessert:

First you need to peel the fruit. Cut the kiwi and bananas into small slices, peel the grapefruit slices so that only the pulp remains and chop. Cut the persimmons and apples into small slices.

In a 1.5 liter dish, spread half of the fruit over the entire surface, covering the sides and bottom.

In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the agar agar with the water. After 3 minutes, pour the milk into the water base and then the condensed milk. Mix the ingredients and cook for a few minutes.

Remove the agar-agar from the heat, add the sour cream and the remaining half of the fruit and stir thoroughly again.

Pour the mixture into the mold and place in the refrigerator until completely hardened.

This dessert can be considered a healthy alternative to traditional cakes. It contains a variety of fresh fruits that contain useful vitamins.
