Instructions:
- Prepare the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Melt Chocolate and Butter:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and chopped chocolate. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until melted and smooth.

- Whisk in the powdered sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
- Stir in the flour and a pinch of salt until just combined.
- Prepare Ramekins:
- Spray four 6-ounce ramekins with nonstick cooking spray.
- Divide the batter evenly among the ramekins.
- Air Fry:
- Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch each other.
- Air fry at 370°F (188°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly jiggly. The exact time may vary depending on your air fryer model.
- Cool and Serve:
- Carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer and let them sit for 1-2 minutes.
- Run a knife around the edges of each cake to loosen them, then invert onto plates.
