Ingredients:
– 4 salmon fillets
– 1/2 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon grated ginger
– 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 2 tablespoons water

Instructions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Slowly pour the slurry into the saucepan, whisking constantly, until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and let the teriyaki sauce cool.
3. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour half of the teriyaki sauce over the salmon, reserving the other half for later. Marinate the salmon in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
5. Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the salmon fillets skin-side down for about 4-5 minutes. Brush the salmon with some of the reserved teriyaki sauce.
