Meat triangles: the recipe for a gustatory dish all to the taste

Ingredients:
10 sheets of pasta filling
2 onions
400 g of minced meat
50 g of tagliatelle
Fresh coriander
Spices: salt, pepper, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon
Melted butter
Cheese cream

Instructions:

1. Heat a little oil in a large pan and fry the chopped onion.
2. Add the meat and season with all the spices.
3. Place a lid and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Soak the noodles in hot water for 3-4 minutes.
5. Then chop them with scissors and mix them with the meat in the pan.

6. Brush the phyllo dough with melted butter, fill it with the meat and tagliatelle mixture and add the cheese.
7. Now close by forming triangles and seal them using a little egg white.
8. Brush again with melted butter.
9. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
