Cause Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients:

For the mass
1 kilo of yellow potato
juice of 4 lemons
2 liquefied yellow peppers without veins
Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

For the filling
1/2 kilo of peas
1 shredded chicken breast
1/2 kilo of carrots
Mayonnaise
1 avocado (optional)

For decoration
Botija olives
3 hard boiled eggs
Parsley
1 lettuce

Directions:

As a first step, we will parboil the kilo of yellow potatoes, adding a tablespoon of salt to prevent them from opening and falling apart, which is why we will have to monitor the cooking.
Once the potatoes are cooked, we peel them and even when they are hot, we will press them until we get a uniform dough without lumps and let it cool.
When the pressed potatoes are cold, we will add the lemon juice, the liquefied yellow chili (without veins), pepper, salt and little by little we will test the degree of acidity.
Immediately we will add a splash of oil to the dough to improve the texture and mix with our hands until we achieve a uniform dough.
On the other hand, we can parboil the chicken breast enough until it is cooked to be able to shred it and then set it aside.
We will parboil the carrots and then chop them into small squares.
We will parboil the peas and reserve them.
In a bowl we will mix the shredded chicken, carrots and peas with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste and set aside.
In an aluminum pan we will stretch the first layer of dough for the cause and then begin to fill it in layers.
We will put a layer of cut avocado.
Then one more layer of the cause dough.
Now we will put the filling made with chicken, vegetables and mayonnaise generously.
And finally we will cover the filling with one more layer of the dough.
