Chicken breast stuffed with spinach and cheese

Ingredients:

1 Chicken breast (large)
100 gr. fresh spinach
2 garlic cloves
3 cheese slices
Salt to taste
with olive oil
Egg
with breadcrumbs

Directions:

We start by cutting the garlic cloves very finely and set aside.
Then we add a splash of olive oil to the pan and sauté the spinach a little.
We also add the chopped garlic cloves and leave it until the spinach is reduced, we also add a little water.
Next, we clean the breast, removing the fat and fillet it evenly, making precise cuts to open the breast well, which is then going to be stuffed.
Next step, we are going to put each breast fillet on a piece of plastic wrap.
We continue working on each breast fillet adding on it a feta or a half of cheese and a tablespoon of spinach, we also add salt and pepper to taste.
Finally, we slowly roll each fillet, shape it firmly and place it in the refrigerator for approximately an hour.
When the time has passed, we unroll each rolled breast fillet and season them with salt and pepper.
Then we coat them with breadcrumbs and pass them through the beaten egg, we seal the ends and pass through the breadcrumbs again.
Finally, we decide whether to fry them or cook them in the oven.
We heat the oil well in the pan and we are going to fry each stuffed breast, we will also have prepared a tray with absorbent paper to remove the excess oil and they come out very dry.
Ready to serve alone or accompanied by any garnish of your choice!
