2 crushed garlic cloves
2 envelopes of tomato sauce
1 teaspoon baking soda (to reduce the acidity of the sauce)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 cup of water
200g grated mozzarella
chopped parsley to taste
Salt to taste

Directions:

In a bowl, mix the wheat flour and the grated Parmesan cheese. Add milk, egg and olive oil. Mix well until you get a smooth dough without lumps. Add salt to taste and mix again.
In a nonstick skillet, heat a little olive oil. Pour a portion of the batter into the pan and spread it out into a thin pancake. Cook on both sides until golden. Repeat the process with the rest of the dough. Reserve the pancakes.
In a separate skillet, heat the olive oil and add the chopped onion and crushed garlic. Sauté until golden and fragrant. Add the ground beef and break it up with a wooden spoon. Cook until well golden.
Add the crumbled beef bouillon cube and the chopped parsley. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes. Remove from heat and reserve.
In the same pan, add the chopped onion and crushed garlic for the tomato sauce. Sauté until golden and fragrant. Add the tomato sauce packets and the baking soda. Mix well to incorporate the baking soda and reduce the acidity of the tomato.
Add the water and cook over medium heat for a few minutes. Rectify the seasoning with salt to taste. Remove from heat and reserve.
To assemble, place a pancake in a baking dish. Add a portion of the ground beef in the center and roll up the pancake. Repeat with the rest of the pancakes.
Pour the tomato sauce over the filled pancakes and sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top. Take to the preheated oven at 180°C and cook until the cheese melts and is slightly golden.
