Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
For the Tamago Sando:
- 8 slices of Japanese milk bread
- Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise
- Optional: Nori strips for garnish

Cream Cheese Filling:
- In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Garlic Butter Sauce:
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in chopped parsley and salt. Remove from heat.
