Air Fryer Apple Pie Egg Rolls

Ingredients:

10 egg roll wrappers
3 large tart apples such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp (or a combination of both), about 4 cups, diced
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
⅓ cup granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon all purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons apple pie spice
Water
Non-stick cooking spray

Optional: 
Powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar for dusting and caramel sauce for dipping

Directions:

Preheat air fryer to 400°.
In a medium-sized bowl, toss the apples with the lemon juice. Add in flour, apple pie spice, sugar and salt, and toss once again to coat the apples. Set aside.
With an eggroll wrapper, corner facing you place 1/10th of the apple mixture in the middle, just below the center of the egg roll wrapper. Fold the bottom up and over the mixture. Moisten the other 3 edges with water. Fold in one side and then the other, then roll upward to seal the egg roll. Repeat for each one.
Cook them in batches. Spray the inside of the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray, and arrange egg rolls in a single layer. Spray the top of them with non-stick cooking spray.
Cook for 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip them over, and spray with cooking spray once more. Cook for another 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Dust with a cinnamon sugar mixture or powdered sugar and serve with caramel sauce.
