Ingredients:

• 6 large eggs

• 1/2 cup milk or cream

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and chopped into bite-sized pieces

• 4 ounces smoked salmon, chopped

• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Whisk Eggs Mixture:

• In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk or cream, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Set aside.

3. Cook Asparagus:

• Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

• Add the chopped asparagus to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
