Baked Antipasto Squares

Ingredients:

1 package (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls

1/4 pound thinly sliced deli ham

1/4 pound thinly sliced hard salami

1/4 pound thinly sliced pepperoni

1/4 pound provolone cheese, thinly sliced

1/4 pound mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced

1/4 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped

1/4 cup chopped black olives

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Olive oil, for brushing

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, making sure to seal any perforations.

Layer the ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese, roasted red peppers, and black olives evenly over the dough.

In a small bowl, mix together the parsley, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and crushed red pepper flakes if using. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.

Carefully roll up the dough, starting from the short end, into a tight log. Pinch the seams to seal.

Brush the top of the log with olive oil, then sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and parsley, if desired.
