            1 ½ pounds Ribeye Steak

2 small onions, sliced thin

8 ounces mushrooms, sliced

1 clove garlic chopped

¼ cup butter

1 ½ cups beef broth

1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

½ tsp salt

1 ½ cup sour cream

¼ cup all purpose flour

3 cups cooked egg noodles

How to make Best Beef Stroganoff Recipe

FIRST STEP:

Cut the steak across grain

Use a very quick sear on each side of the slices, using olive oil in a hot skillet, set the steak to the side

SECOND STEP:

Cook the onions, garlic and mushrooms in a skillet with the butter, until the onions are translucent. Remove the onion and mushroom from the pan

Add the steak back into the pan and add 1 cup of the broth, the Worcestershire and the salt. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes

THIRD STEP:

In a bowl whisk the flour into the remaining beef broth. Stir this into the beef mixture, heat to boiling. Add in the mushroom and onion and bring to a boil again.

Stir in the sour cream, just until it is melted. You do not want to boil this.

FOURTH STEP:

Serve over egg noodles, mashed potatoes or rice.
