Best Mango Float Recipe: Sweet, Soft, and Creamy

INGREDIENTS:

4 cups whipping cream, cold

2 300ml cans condensed milk

18-20 graham crackers

8 ripe mangoes, cut into thin slices

INSTRUCTIONS :

In the bowl of a stand mixer, whip cream to stiff peaks. Fold in condensed milk until no streaks remain. In a 9 x 13-inch container, add 1/4th of the mixture then spread as evenly as possible.

Add a layer of graham crackers (about 1/3rd of the crackers total) over the cream. Repeat layers, ending with a layer of cream on the top.

Cover the top with sliced mangoes, then cover the entire dish in plastic wrap. Place in the freezer and freeze overnight.
