Cajun Shrimp Devilled Eggs

Deviled eggs are one of the world’s most perfect appetizers. They are not difficult to make and they taste wonderful. Now add to the egg mixture some Old Bay Seasoning, or another brand of cajun seasoning.

This recipe is in honor of my Southern relatives. They love spice in almost all the foods they eat. So when I came across this recipe, I knew that I had to try it.

The spice can be adjusted to your individual taste and for your family. I would never have thought that shrimp and egg would be a good flavor together.

So this was a pleasant surprise when I saw a recipe similar to this one.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Is there any variety to this recipe?

I have not ventured too far on variations, as of yet. However, I would think that if you can dream it, you can make it. If there is a flavor you want to try, go for it! For instance, try a garlic butter shrimp on the top.

How do I store this dish?

These should be kept tightly covered in an airtight container. Place the dish into the refrigerator and the eggs will last for up to 4 days.

            Can I freeze the eggs?

I have never done so. I cannot even answer as to how they are once they thaw out. If it works for you, please let me know.
