Cheesy Beef Rolls

Ingredients :

1lb lean ground beef

1 packet of taco seasoning mix

1/4 cup of water

1 cup grated cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)

4 large flour tortillas

Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, guacamole, chopped tomatoes, sharp lettuce Instructions:

Cook the ground beef :

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbled, breaking it with a spoon as it cooks.

Drain any excess grease from the skillet.

Seasonal beef:

Stir taco seasoning mixture and water, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is coated and tender.

Assemble the roll ups:

Heat tortillas lightly with flour to make them tender.

Divide the seasoned ground beef evenly between the tortillas, placing it in a line at the center of each tortilla.

Sprinkle evenly grated cheese over the ground beef on each tortilla.

Tortillas Roll Ups:

Fold the sides of each tortilla onto the filling, then roll tightly at the bottom to completely lock the filling, forming a roll.

Serve :

Place the cheesy Beefy Rolls Up upside down on a serving tray.

Serve immediately, whole or sliced, with optional toppings such as salsa, sour cream, guacamole, chopped tomatoes and grated lettuce on the side.

Tips:

You can customize the dressing by adding diced onions, peppers, or black beans to the seasoned ground beef mix.

Experiment with different types of cheese, such as Monterey Jack, Pepper Jack, or Mexican Cheese, for diverse flavor combinations.

To make the rolls in advance, assemble them and wrap them well in plastic paper. Refrigerate until ready to serve, then slice and serve cold or reheat in microwave or oven until warm
