Cheesy Pizza Bombs

Cheesy Pizza Bombs Perfect for snacking or parties, they’re a hit every time!

Ingredients:

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup pepperoni slices, chopped

1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup black olives, sliced

1 cup marinara sauce, for dipping

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Separate the biscuits and flatten each piece into a round circle.

In the center of each biscuit, place a spoonful of mozzarella cheese, a few pieces of pepperoni, green bell pepper, and black olives.

Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.

Place the pizza bombs on a greased baking sheet, seam side down.

Mix the olive oil, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the top of each pizza bomb.

Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
