Chinese style Spaghetti

Ingredients:

1 chicken breast
1 bag of spaghetti 200g
Jalapeno pepper to taste
2 Carrots
soy sauce to taste
Broccoli
1/2 Onion

Directions:

Cut the chicken into small pieces, marinate with salt, garlic and soy sauce. You let it rest for an hour, minimum. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water as indicated on the package (reserve). You cook the broccoli in water for 10 minutes so that they are not overcooked. In a frying pan you add a little oil and fry the onion until it becomes transparent. Then you add the carrot, the chili and the previously cooked broccoli. You add a splash of soy sauce. and let it cook over low heat and covered, then in another pan you cook the chicken with very little oil and once it is ready you add it to the pan where you have the other ingredients and turn off the heat, then you add the already cooked spaghetty and a little more soy sauce. You can also add shrimp if you wish.
