Chocolate cloud a devil’s work

Ingredients:
200 g mascarpone
2 tbsp honey, or more
3 tbsp Nutella
½ liter cream
300 g quark
60 g chocolate sprinkles

Simply mix all the ingredients together well, except the cream and chocolate sprinkles.
Then whip the cream until stiff and fold in the chocolate sprinkles.
Finally pour into dessert glasses and keep cold until serving
