Chocolate Muffins

My Viral Chocolate Muffin Time! 🥰

Moist and very chocolate

1 3/4 cups All-Purpose Flour

2/3 cups Cocoa Powder

1 cup Sugar

1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Baking Soda

3/4 tsp Salt

2 Eggs

3/4 cup Yogurt

1/2 cup Milk

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

1 1/2 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chip

1/2 tsp Instant Coffee Powder

Instructions

Sift and Mix all dry ingredients together.

Combine all wet ingredients on another bowl.

Combine wet and dry ingredients. Add in chocolatw chips.

Scoop in muffin/cupcake pan lined with muffin liners.

Top with more chocolate chips!

Baked at a 450F preheated oven for 6mins.

Then reduce heat to 350F and bake for another 14mins. or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
