Conchitas with Ground Beef

Ingredients:

Ground Beef 1 pound
Water
Smoke conchita 7 ounce
Tomato sauce
Green bell pepper 1
Onion 1
Beef stock 1 cup
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Ground comeno 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oil

Directions:

Fry The Conchitas: 
First take a pan and add a little bit of oil to it. Then add conchitas and fry them in golden brown colour. Set the fried Conchita’s aside.

Prepare The Beef: 
Now take another pan and add a little bit of oil. Then add ground beef. Fry in medium heat and soon it will release excess liquid. Drain the liquid.

Adding Veggies: 
You can now add chopped onion. Fry them for 5 minutes and next you can add fried conchitas. Cook it for another 1 minute then add beef broth, 5 cups of water, and tomato sauce. Then add sliced green bell pepper.

Mix The Spices: 
After that add all the dry spices and salt. Stir it nicely. Make sure no lumps there.

Cook The Conchita Con Carne: 
Lastly wait until it shimmers. Then taste the broth if all the spices are ok then close the pan with a lid and shimmer for 25 minutes.

Serving: 
You can take a soup bowl or small bowl and pour it with the conchitas con Carne. Your food is ready to serve.
