Crispy buns stuffed with green onion

Ingredients:

750 gr. wheat flour
600 ml. of water
1 tsp. of salt
1 cup of melted Butter
with vegetable oil
6 boiled eggs
1 Bunch of green onion
Salt to taste
pepper to taste

Directions:

First of all, in a large bowl we sift the flour with a large strainer.
Then, we add 1 teaspoon of salt, the 600 ml. of water and little by little, we also mix well with a wooden spoon. Immediately, we continue to mix with the help of our hands until a bun is formed.
Next step, we turn the dough onto a flat surface previously floured and knead well. Then, we leave it in the bowl covered with plastic wrap and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
When the rest time has elapsed, we pass it back to the floured allowance and knead a little to divide the dough in half.
We start with one part cutting into small pieces to form small buns, immediately we choose a rectangular tray (pyrex type) for the oven.
In it we are going to pour the melted butter, then we place the buns on the tray, submerging them in the butter and cover it with plastic wrap. We reserve it for approximately 1 hour.
On the other hand, in a frying pan add a splash of vegetable oil and heat it up. Meanwhile, finely chop the green onion and lightly fry it.
Then, we add the chopped eggs, salt and pepper and mix the filling well.
Once the green onion is ready, we take each bun soaked in the butter, stretch it with our hands and place a generous spoonful of the green onion filling in the center. We wrap it well and place each tummy on a tray with baking paper.
Finally, we take it to a preheated oven at 200°C and cook it for about 30 minutes. When we see that they are golden, ready to remove them from the oven.
