Ingredients:

Hard-cooked eggs 14
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Sour cream 1/2 cup
Dijon mustard 1 1/2 teaspoons
Fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Crumbled cooked bacon 1/3 cup
Finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1/4 cup (1 ounce)
Chopped fresh chives or scallion tops 2 tablespoons

Instructions:

  1. Slice Eggs:
    • Slice the hard-cooked eggs in half lengthwise.
    • Remove yolks to a medium bowl.
    • Reserve 24 white halves; finely chop the remaining 4 white halves.
  2. Prepare Yolk Mix:
    • Mash yolks with a fork.
    • Add mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and black pepper; mix well.

    • Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of the yolk mixture into each reserved egg white half.
