EASY HOMEMADE MINI CORN DOGS

My kids were so impressed by these mini corn dogs that they asked for more. They were also very good, and I heard that they were the best thing ever. If you have kids who love corn dogs, then these are the kind of treat that they will want to request.

Ingredients:

• ½ C. Melted butter unsalted
• 2 Large eggs
• ¼ C. Powdered sugar substitute
• 1 C. Buttermilk
• ½ tsp. Baking soda
• 1 C. Yellow cornmeal
• 1 C. All purpose flour
• ½ tsp. Salt
• 6-8 Hot dogs sliced into 1 inch pieces

Instructions :

Heat the oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the corn dogs.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the corn dogs. In each of the mini muffin tins, pour the batter into the center. Top each portion of the mini muffin with a piece of hot dog. They should be done in about 10 minutes.
