Gourmet Garlic Zucchini Steaks with Cheese

Ingredients:
4 large zucchinis
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the zucchinis lengthwise into thick steaks, about 1/2 inch thick.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the garlic oil mixture evenly over both sides of the zucchini steaks.
Place the zucchini steaks on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven, sprinkle the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese evenly over the zucchini steaks.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
