Grandma’s Baked Cauliflower

Ingredients:

1 cauliflower
400 grams of minced meat
1 onion
1 pinch(s) salt and pepper
1 pinch(s) nutmeg
2 eggs
fat for the shape
50 grams of butter
1/4 liter cream
50 g cheese, grated

Directions:

Wash the cauliflower and cut into florets, then boil in lightly salted water until al dente.
Mix the minced meat with the finely chopped onion, salt, pepper and nutmeg and 1 egg and season to taste.
Place the cauliflower in a greased casserole dish and top with flakes of butter.
Spread the mince on top. Mix the cream with the egg and cheese and pour over the top.
Bake in a preheated oven at approx. 200°C for 25 minutes.
