I bake Greek cheese bread at least twice a week!

1 package dried yeast
5 tbsp olive oil
250 g feta cheese
550 g flour
1 cup water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
120 g Kasseri cheese
Browse through the videos and find your favorite recipe:
- First put the flour, sugar, salt and dry yeast in a bowl and mix. Then add water and oil and knead into a sticky dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place until it doubles in size.
- In the meantime brush a baking sheet with olive oil. At night, crumble the cheese and knead 2/3 of it into the risen dough.
- Next, place the dough on the tray and flatten. Then sprinkle with the remaining cheese and oregano. Put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes.
