Grilled lamb and almonds shrimp roast potato and creole recipe

Here’s a recipe for Grilled Lamb with Almonds, Shrimp, Roast Potatoes, and Creole seasoning:

Ingredients:
1 pound lamb chops or lamb loin chops
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pound potatoes, washed and diced into cubes
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 tablespoons Creole seasoning
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
FOR THE GRILLED LAMB:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of Creole seasoning, minced garlic, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Rub the lamb chops with this mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Grill the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes.
FOR THE ALMONDS SHRIMP:
In a separate bowl, toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with the remaining olive oil, Creole seasoning, and sliced almonds.
Thread the shrimp onto skewers if using wooden ones, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
Grill the shrimp skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until they turn pink and opaque.
FOR THE ROAST POTATOES:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the diced potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside.
ASSEMBLING:
Arrange the grilled lamb chops, almond shrimp skewers, and roast potatoes on a serving platter.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Creole-inspired meal!
Feel free to adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences, and you can also add some lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor. Enjoy your meal!
