Hamburger Dip

Been making this for every tailgate party, and my hubby keeps saying it’s his fave!

Hamburger Dip

Ingredients:

1 pound of ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened

1 cup of sour cream

1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon of onion powder

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, sliced green onions, chopped cilantro

Instructions:

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.

Add diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet with the ground beef. Cook until the onions are softened and translucent.

Drain any excess fat from the skillet, if necessary.

Reduce the heat to low, and add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder to the skillet with the beef mixture.

Stir everything together until the cheeses are melted and the ingredients are well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Once everything is heated through and well combined, transfer the dip to a serving dish.

Garnish the dip with optional toppings like diced tomatoes, sliced green onions, or chopped cilantro, if desired.
