Minced garlic 2 cloves
Macaroni 1 box
Grated cheddar cheese 1 cup
Grated mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Whole tomatoes, blended 1 can (28 ounces)
Chopped onion 1
Oil 1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper To taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Sauté the onion: In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until it turns translucent.
  3. Cook the beef: Add the lean ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through. Break it up into crumbles as it cooks.
  4. Season the beef: Season the beef with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic. Stir well to incorporate the flavors.
  5. Add tomatoes: Pour in the blended whole tomatoes and stir the mixture. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Cook the macaroni: Meanwhile, cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain when al dente.
  7. Combine ingredients: Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet with the beef and tomato mixture. Mix them together evenly.
  8. Add cheeses: Sprinkle the grated cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the top of the casserole.
  9. Bake: Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the casserole is heated through.
  10. Serve: Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then serve your delicious Cheesy Hamburger Casserole. Enjoy!

Note: Customize the seasoning to your preference for added flavor.
