Homemade burger rolls

ingredients

1 and 1/2 milk

1/4 cup butter

2 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour

2 Tbsp sugar white

1/4 tsp salt

1 egg

7 g yeast

Instructions

Heat milk and butter together until warm.

In a large bowl , mix flour ,yeast sugar and salt together.

Pour milk mixture into flour add egg mix well until the dough is formed.

Knead dough until smooth and elastic about 10 to 15 minutes .

Grease the bowl with some oil then put back your dough in bowl cover with clinging wrap about an hour./ Until it rise double size . Knead it again for 2 mins .

Divide dough into 6 equal piece shape,shape into smooth balls and place on greased baking tray.use parchment paper to line up your baking tray. Flatten slightly cover and let it rise again for 20 to 30 minutes.

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes/ until golden brown.
