Homemade Cocadas recipe

Ingredients:

150g grated coconut
3 large egg whites
5g of sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 2°C/3°F. 4.
In a large bowl mix the coconut with the sugar and add the egg whites.
Mix well until a smooth, slightly sticky dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
Place small individual cookies in a prepared baking dish and bake with the fan on for about 4 minutes.
