Incredibly easy and delicious, better than meat!

Ingredients:

1/2 cabbage

Some water

1/2 onion

3 eggs

Salt and pepper

Paprika

Olive oil or butter

2 tbsp tomato sauce

35 g bacon crumbles

30 g chopped yellow pepper

30 g chopped red pepper

Mozzarella cheese

Preparation:

1. Chop 1/2 cabbage and put it in a bowl, then pour some water into the bowl. Soak the cabbage for 10 minutes

2. Chop 1/2 onion and crack 3 eggs in a bowl and mix well

3. On the cabbage, pour some salt and black pepper, sprinkle over the paprika.

On low heat, pour some olive oil into the pan, and add the cabbage mixture to the pan, cook on low heat for 5-8 minutes

then turn over.

4. Spread 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce on top, sprinkle 35 g of bacon crumbles on top, 30 g of chopped yellow pepper, 30 g of chopped red pepper, salt and black pepper, sprinkle some mozzarella on top

5. Cook cheese over low heat for another 5-8 minutes
