Sliced mushrooms 2 cups
Garlic (minced) 4 cloves
Chicken broth 1 cup
Cream of mushroom soup 1 can (10.5 oz)
Sour cream 1 cup
Fresh parsley (chopped) 2 tablespoons
Dried thyme 1 teaspoon

  5. Pour the mushroom mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  6. Whisk together cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, parsley, and thyme. Pour this mixture over the chicken and mushrooms.
