Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine the unsweetened coconut milk and powdered erythritol over medium heat. Stir until the sweetener dissolves.
  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 20-30 minutes or until the coconut milk has reduced by half, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Allow the sweetened condensed milk to cool completely before using.

Keto Sweetened Condensed Milk Bread:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
