Lentil Soup

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of olive oil.
1 large white onion.
1 large clove of garlic.
2 stalks of celery.
1 carrot.
250 grams of lentils.
1 ½ liters of chicken broth (homemade, canned or bouillon cube).
2 branches of parsley.
Salt and pepper to taste.
A slice of lemon.
