Low Carb Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients:

2 large lettuce leaves (such as romaine or butterhead)
2 eggs
2 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup diced bell peppers
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: hot sauce or salsa for serving

Directions:

In a small bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make a second wrap.
