Large eggs (L) or Medium eggs (M) 3 (L) or 4 (M)
Lemon yogurt 1
Sunflower oil 1 measure (with yogurt container)
Sugar 2 measures
Yogurt 3 measures
Flour 3 measures
Royal type yeast 1 packet
Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons
Butter (for greasing the mold) As needed

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Batter:
    • In a large bowl, combine eggs, lemon yogurt, sunflower oil, sugar, and Royal type yeast. Use a mixer to blend.
    • Add yogurt and flour gradually, one by one, mixing thoroughly.
  2. Create Cocoa Mixture:
    • Take half of the batter and mix it with cocoa powder in a separate bowl.
  3. Grease the Mold:
    • Use kitchen paper to generously grease the mold with butter. Sprinkle with flour to avoid sticking.
  4. Layer the Batter:
    • Pour the white batter into the mold, then add the cocoa mixture on top, creating thin layers.
  5. Bake:
    • Preheat the oven to 180ºC (with heat from above and below).
    • Bake for about 45 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick – it should come out clean.
  6. Cool and Unmold:
    • Allow the cake to cool, then carefully unmold it.
