Mexican Shrimp in Garlic Sauce

**Ingredients:**

– 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

– 3 tablespoons olive oil

– 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped

– 1 teaspoon red chili flakes

– 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

– Juice of 1 lime

– Salt and pepper to taste

**Directions:**

1. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add the garlic and red chili flakes, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant but not browned.
3. Add the shrimp to the pan, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
4. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh cilantro and lime juice.
5. Serve immediately, garnished with additional cilantro if desired.
