Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Beef:
    • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
    • Drain any excess fat.

  2. Prepare the Tortillas:

    • Spread 1/4 cup of nacho cheese sauce in the center of each tortilla.
    • Divide the seasoned beef evenly among the tortillas, placing it on top of the nacho cheese sauce.
    • Top each tortilla with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, diced red onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
    • Add a dollop of sour cream on top of the fillings.
  4. Wrap the Tortillas:
    • Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling, then roll them up tightly from the bottom to the top to form a wrap.
    • If desired, you can crisp the wraps by heating a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and cooking the wraps for 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
