New dessert in 5 minutes: These chocolate bars are so delicious that I make them 3 times a week. No cooking!

85 g unsalted peanuts

85 g caster sugar

45 g of cocoa

180 ml of milk

110g butter

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

For garnish :

90 g of milk chocolate

30 g of dark chocolate

30 g of vegetable oil

70 g ground peanuts

Approach:

Crush  the cookies into the smallest pieces possible in a bowl.

Place  the peanuts in a food processor and chop them finely.

Then mix  the crushed peanuts with the crushed biscuits. 

Pour the sugar and cocoa into the saucepan, mix with a whisk and  cover with milk. 

We put it on the stove over moderate heat and  mix everything thoroughly with a whisk until smooth. 

Then add  the butter with the vanilla sugar  and mix again.

Pour  the prepared mixture over the peanut cookie mixture and mix.

Place the mass in a silicone mold for sticks and  put it in the freezer for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, prepare the icing by  melting all the chocolate in a bain-marie.

Then mix it  with vegetable oil. 

Chop or grind the unsalted peanuts again and  mix them with the chocolate. 

When the mass hardens, we place the bars on the rack and  cover them with the prepared chocolate coating. 

Let it  harden in the refrigerator  and we can serve.
