Potato donuts

INGREDIENTS:

1 kg of potatoes

2 eggs

Sel

Persil

30 g (3 c. with soup) of parmesan

30 g (3 c. in soup) of hat

30 g (3 c. soup) of flour

1 clove of garlic

Poivre

Vegetable oil

METHOD:

Boil the potatoes. Knead it in a bowl and add the eggs, parsley, salt, parmesan, parsley, flour, garlic and pepper. Mix it up nicely.

Making rolls of mixture and frying in hot oil. Serve.
